We operate a complimentary shuttle service connecting Mishima Station and the hotel. Guests wishing to use it are kindly asked to reserve via the dedicated form at least three days in advance.
- We may be unable to accommodate your request in cases such as full occupancy or non-operating days. Guests for whom the shuttle service is essential are kindly requested to inquire about the operating and availability status for your desired date via the dedicated form before making a room reservation.
- Please note that even if you cancel your stay because a shuttle bus could not be arranged after your room reservation, the standard cancellation policy will still apply.
