Italian Buffet

We serve Italian cuisine that makes the most of the local bounty of the sea and the mountains: Japanese black wagyu beef grilled at a searing 500°C to instantly lock in its umami, acqua pazza made with seafood caught fresh by local fishermen, and grilled fresh vegetables delivered by nearby farmers.

We offer a Japanese and Western buffet, including an Italian plate of freshly baked, piping-hot panini, tomato soup brimming with the savory flavors of seafood, and a prosciutto salad, along with dishes that make the most of the bounty of Suruga Bay.
